St Martin's Parish Church

The Parish Hall is centrally located in Fenny Stratford facing the main commercial street (Aylesbury Street) MK2 2BU

It is a great multi-purpose venue for hosting a variety of events such as business meetings, parties, clubs, and social events.

We can also offer the Hall after a Parish service, such as Baptisms, Weddings, or Funerals.

 

(Please note that intentions for the Hall hire must be discussed with the Parish Church Admin; it might not be suitable for some celebrations.) 

 

The Parish Hall is perfect for a gathering of up to 40 people, currently, the Hall is furnished, and there are tables and chairs for 30 people.

 

Adjoining the hall is a well-furnished kitchen and toilets with the following amenities:

 

• Use of refrigerator

• Washing up area and auxiliary sink.

• Six-ring gas stove and oven

• Microwave

• Kettle and Coffee Machine

• Spacious food preparation surfaces

• Crockery and cutlery

• Electrical points throughout.

• Wifi.

• Disabled Access 

• Nappy changing facilities.

The kitchen is conveniently connected to the hall by means of a dining hatch.

 

The hall has a maximum capacity of 40 people and hire costs start at £60 for three hours.  (or £40 for registered charities.) There is a £120 deal for daily rate (or £80 for registered charities).

£60 x 3 Hours minimum hire

£10 Extra per additional hour

£20 Cleaning fee (optional)

£20 Winter Fee (to cover heating expenses)

£100 Deposit

£120 Daily Rate

 

20% off for regular bookings.

Charities or other clubs and crafts please contact us to accommodate deals.

 

Please note all proceeds will help towards the costs of upkeep of our beautiful Church and landmark of Fenny Stratford.
