19th June 2021

Dear Brothers and Sisters, This week our readings remind us of the fact that God has mastery over all His creation. Yet this should not cause us to live in fear of Him, but instead should be a cause of reassurance in us. When we are bewildered or afraid we need to remember that as God permeates all of His creation, so He is ever at our side. And when we experience alarm or fear we need to take to heart those words uttered by Our Lord in this Sunday’s Gospel: “Quiet now! Be calm!”.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - Now that the National situation is rapidly stabilising, we would like to return to offering tea and coffee once more after the Parish Mass (albeit with disposable cups). We therefore need volunteers to help serving in the kitchen and to wipe down the tables afterwards. Could we have a few volunteers please? Ideally we would like to look at getting things up and running by the end of this month.
